In 1998 the founders sold their shareholder position to a Multimedia Entertainment Company in Orlando, Florida. In February 2000 Gateways To Space, Inc. reversed its shares 10:1 and changed its name to eMax Corporation. Its ticker symbol became 'EMAX". In May 2004 eMax Corporation reversed its shares 14:1 and changed its name to eMax Holdings Corporation. Its ticker symbol became 'EMXC"
