acquired the exclusive marketing and licensing rights held by Artist
Innovations, Inc. for many technologies, including artificial
intelligence, IT and computer programs. The rights include some
proprietary search engine networks, secure and niche-market browsers,
language translation technologies, and Internet-based programs and
media delivery consoles.
eMax Technology Group, Inc. recently signed a distribution and licensing agreement to market exclusively their own line of consumer electronics and other goods. eMax Technology Group plans to cross-market and promote a new line of electronic and energy products that includes mobile phones, media players, game players, solar charges and storage devices in association with the eMax media entertainment content. eMax Technolgy plans to market exclusively proprietary eco friendly buidling suppy products and other unique green energy products throughout the US.

Francis speaks English and French and has been working in the new media, entertainment and technology industires for over ten years now. Francis has extensive experience in artist management, entertainment production, motorsports show production and promotion. Mr. Nault promoted the American Motorcycle Asociation sanctioned event "Dragfest" in Montreal and has been involved with Motorcycle racing for over fifteen years. Mr. Nault has produced and hosted many international television shows such as "Born To Ride" ; which was seen by over 8 million households and been featured in over 30 magazines worldwide. Mr. Nault has made over fifteen television appearances including at Cannes Film Festival in France. Mr. Nault is very involved with the promotion of numerous new technologies that are developed and exported from Canada and from many other countries from around the world.
