EMAX
MEDIA GROUP attends and promotes numerous outdoor sports and
Special Events. The Company
receives revenue from the rental of vendor spaces, admission receipts,
motorcycle accessory and parts sales, food, beverage and merchandise
sales. |

and program production and home video activities |

TV plans to launch a 24 hour broadcast network which will
showcase all family entertainment movies, television
shows and Music and internet and communication services. |
| Gateways
To Space, was incorporated in October, 1988 to enable their efforts
to use cartoon characters to promote NASA and the space program.
In 1995, Gateways To Space, Inc. Launched its first Video release,
"Star Scouts visit NASA" and sold more than 100,000 copies.
In 1998 the founders sold their shareholder position to a Multimedia
Entertainment Company in Orlando, Florida. In February 2000 Gateways
To Space, Inc. reversed its shares 10:1 and changed its name to
eMax Corporation. Its ticker symbol became 'EMAX". In May 2004
eMax Corporation reversed its shares. |

its name to eMax Holdings Corporation. Its ticker symbol became
'EMXC". |

named Gateways To Space, Inc. for more than two years, and wish
to clear your stocks as freely traded stock you can forward your
request to NATIONAL STOCK TRANSFER with the necessary transfer fee
